First Create an IDEA of Animation, then write it as a script on a paper or notepad. if you have characters in your animation. please draw carefully and beautifully. then make this animation into an SWF file. hopefully, you may do it with the help of macromedia flash . then publish it as html. so now you have got an embedded link.
Second, put your SWF file online through free weebly.com or any free website builder. then you must have an embeded link copy this
Third step, create your blog , > add gadget html/javascript then paste the said link in between <html><body> paste your embedded link </body> </html>
Fourth step,save the above process then you will have a beautiful flash animation of your own idea in your blog
